This total body TABATA is no joke my friends! We are getting through 4 different Tabata supersets, 4 rounds of each oww oww!! Each Tabata exercise is meant to be performed with maximum effort so keep that body moving and keep the intensity up during the work period. We will be adding in some dumbbells today for strength and toning and a serious sweat.

This is the only KZbin channel that I have subscribed. As a man it works for me. I have been subscribed this channel more that a year and I never ever skip a single workout. I really love how she includes a warm up and cool down for the majority of her workouts, even with the "shorter" ones. Biggest pet peeve I have with online workout videos is when the creator doesn't include any or at least one of these! Thanks Heather! ♥

Today I didn't have much time to train, so I decided to do this video and I was thinking: ohhh this is going to be easy, few minutes.... OMG!!! I was so wrong! It was quick but very challenging... Definetely love Tabata with weights!!!! Make me feel stronger now!!! Thank You Heather!

The variety in both the types of workouts and the lengths. Even a 20 minute workout can leave you drenched in sweat, but feeling like you worked hard. This is why I love your workouts! This was excellent!

Heather, I love that you do the workout WITH us in the video, as opposed to just playing the same 30 second clip several times over for a particular workout move. It makes me feel like you're in the trenches with us and you wouldn't put us through anything that you wouldn't do yourself. Though we all know that you could beat most of us in any workout competition!! lol

Sweaty indeed! I did this one fasted and wanted to deplete most of my stored glycogen (I’m wearing a CGM and confirmed a big blood sugar spike and then a quick decrease back to normal levels). Thanks Heather the feather for a terrific workout! I’ll do this one again for sure!

Due to back issues ( my scoliosis has progressed), I had to switch up the kinds (intensity), of workouts. Although I can still keep up, my back kicks my behind afterwards. So, I do moderate exercises, with one or (depends on how my back feels), two push days per week. I am glad I chose this workout for my push day. This was awesome.
