Bought the non railed version based on your previous review. I like iron sights opposed to optics, single side safety without a rail. Everything I need and nothing I don’t. It’ll be based on preference with each shooter. Kimber can accommodate both. Great reviews as always.

Bought one of the original ones. Never had any issues. Accuracy is pretty good, about like a tuned czp07. No where close to a czSCompact, but a lot lighter. Beautiful pistol and easy shooting for being so light.

I bought one it malfunctioned the first trip out The magazine catch was broke and required me to send back to Kimber Getting rid of it when it is returned

That's unfortunate. For the price tag there shouldn't be any issues like that.

Sending mine back, magazine kept falling out . Wasn't my grip. Also wouldn't feed.

I got this same gray and black railed version. Failure to feed at about a 50% rate. It's at kimber as I'm typing this comment. Still don't know if I'll keep it or not. It is pretty though lol

My failures to feed were only with PMC ammo... I am assuming the extractor is a but too tight. Mine has broke in pretty well, so I am assuming yours just needs an extractor tune up.

Sounds to me like Kimber hasn't improved it's Quality Control one bit. OR, most of their employees are illegal immigrants who can't speak a word of English. Probably a mix of both problems.

Yeah we have tested 2 of these now... one was the original version that didn't have the rail and that one never had an issue. This current one is just a little picky on ammo. Hopefully this is just a one off issue with the one sample size
