1. 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
2. 1/3 onion - 1st
2/3 onion - 2nd
3. 200g pork front leg meat
4. 1/3 spoon of minced ginger + 1/2 spoon of minced garlic
5. 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
6. 2 tablespoons of stir-fried chunjang
7. 1/2 cup of water
8. 1/2 tsp sugar
9. 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
