Based on the data for what was sold. You have to remember JAYZ never out sold EMINEM, NELLY, or 50 Cent, he rarely had platinum albums they always took time to sell. This is when people claim ROC-A-Fella Records started buying their own album to help sells, t hen gave them away at events.
