It's too bad they don't make movies like this anymore. Those days are gone. It's unfortunate. I feel bad for this generation and the next generation because they won't get to grow up seeing what movies were really made of. Old movies were so well made. So much imagination. The creativity was endless. This movie is way better than eight legged freaks.

This wasn't such a bad horror movie and I'll admit that as a pre-teen I found it scary. William Shatner is always good in any production he's in. Now what we have here is a commuinity full of people that fall under the TV Trope: "Too Dumb To Live". Let's see, your commmunity is innudated by swarms of trantulas that have 5 times the normal venom. So the thing to do in that case is to run around screaming and let them attack you when I personally would have suited up into overalls, lineman's insulated rubber gloves, black leather army boots, and a motorcycle helmet. With a very sharp spear I would have launched a counter attack that woud have kept the bugs away from me. Seal up the house (not as difficult as you'd think) and watch the worthless townspeople allow themselves to be destroyed. And if my friends, neightbours, and family are trapped in that chaos, well, hmpf, they're too dumb to live too.
