Thank you for the guide, it very much reflects my experience playing on higher difficulties and what to look out for when starting a new game :) Some other guides try to communicate how important iron or coal is, but having a good luxury income with tulips and cannabis can't be beat as of now, especially when considering the amount of money and resources generated per worker. Another thing I wonted to say is that the first thing I do when starting a fresh game is instantly buying level 2 Townhall upgrade to unlock influence points :D

Glad you like it! Buying level 2 right away is very good. Especially if you start in a biome with a good level 2 bonus like grasslands. Though some starts I feel like I need the money to buy a second province immediately.

If you dont have access to the grasslands to feed the animals, you can just buy Hay from the market. Its cheap.
