Form is what i aim for now, and this video is great at explaining why it is so important.

First time watching your video, and I thank you kindly for giving me basic education. All too often, plenty of guys are eager to teach, but for those of us who don’t know where to start, it’s overwhelming, and we quickly move on. What I would love to see (maybe you already have contents created in this regard) is some beginner discrete exercise moves, number of reps/duration, frequency, and what to eat to supply the nutritional demand. Greatly appreciated!

Thanks for this video. I made my 10-yr-old watch this, cause his pushups look like your bad-ones in the beginning, lol. I am 47 and been doing yoga for years but now am just starting more strength training. As an older person, I get that hamstrings need to be stretched, but also stretching my back is super important - so I use the forward fold to lengthen and stretch my lower back AND my hammys at the same time. All-around, lots of good points in this video.
