The Ultimate Gaslight | Healing Codependency | Tapping With Renee

The ultimate gaslight points to the origin of codependent programming. It begins early in childhood, laying the foundation for low self esteem, people pleasing, not trusting ourselves and not knowing our value. In this video I shine the light on the root of codependency and offer a tapping script that you can do along with me to help these behavior patterns to shift and heal. These lessons run very deep and it takes time and effort to install new programming into the subconscious mind. Repeat this tapping script often until you feel the old ways come to the surface to be acknowledged and healed.

Omg this is what I have been fighting😑 I'm 37 and I still havnt left home...my sister managed to leave this year and my dad mentioned to her you wont be able to manage, london is going to eat up all your money. Here after being sucked into it with my mom. My child self really panicked and came out. Now am just angry that my mother actually tried to gaslight me to say I wasn’t sick as a young adult. I reminded her my first surgery was as a teenager and I had FMLA with my first job. Then she of course said I was being selfish and so absorbed with my own stuff I couldn’t see others issues like her own. And I felt guilty and cried and said I’m so sorry and shut my feelings down and you know how it goes. Then later I was like oh damn I got caught up again! Right back into that role. That’s okay, I am going to break the cycle!!
