I just did this one! I like the lunges with the pelvis rocks and the pigeon poses! The wheel pose is still hard! Thanks, Kino! I have it saved as well! 🙏❤️

Thank you very much lady. Nicely explained , good tempo, helpful movements, supportive speech. I ve followed lots of your trainings, they ve helped me a lot. In the beginning i couldn t quite catch everything you said cause you ve a special tone when speaking. Now i ve learned it and it s ok. Greetings from Greece❤

Hola !! Been a long minute since participating in your sessions. Saw this ...perfect !! Feels like every extremity has something going on...challenging ..?? Yep ..but we don't give up so easily ...I modified that pigeon since I had a left knee replacement by putting my smaller punching bag underneath...that way I can place the strap on right foot & pull to work that psoas..Kino thank you for providing these videos...much appreciated !!

I was feeling the stretch not in the front of the pelvis but on my lower back with the starting pose, block under sacrum, so Iowered height with the block 😌
