If anyone visits Nepal, please visit Chyasal. Chyasal is a small town, north of Patan in the Kathmandu valley. Chyasal was a place where 800 Kirati soldiers died while fighting the Licchavis army who came from India. Kiratis defended the Kathmandu valley bravely against the Licchavis. This place Chyasal was the final battlefield before the Licchavis defeated the Kiratis. This is how the name Chyasal came to be. Chyasal means 800 in newari language. I am proud to be Kirati.

@@mongollama3940 Jyapus are Kiratis. Now all Kiratees must unite. We Kiratis must rebuild our country Nepal. Dr. Jagman Gurung in his interview video explains that Jyapus are Kiratis. Among the Newar communities, Jyapus are part of Kirat families. That is the Maharjan, Dangol, Singh, Suwal, Prajapati, Tandukar, Byanjankar, Gopali, Balami are Kiratis. These are the same Kiratis who stayed behind in the Kathmandu valley while other Kiratis resettled in other parts of Nepal when the Licchavis came to power. Kiratis must unify and take back power from the Hindu Brahminbadi/Bahunbadi government. This way Nepal will take the path of development and progress. This way Nepali people do not have to leave Nepal in search of jobs in other countries. POSTULATES OF KIRAT: There is a couple of postulates that describe Kirat. The first postulate explains that Paruhang and Sumnima created KIRAT and NAYUMA, the first humans on the Earth from the ash of their Fire place (Chula) with their devine power. Descendants of Kirat and Nayuma are called Kirat these days, named after primordial ancester KIRAT. How Rai were called Kirawas and Kirat. The second Kirat postulate is that in olden days, Kirat were found very ferocious, brave and courageous like Tiger and Lion of the jungle. In Bantawa Rai language, Tigers are called "Kiwa". Various clans of Rai were called Rawa Rawa Pacha Pacha which means brothers and relatives in Bantawa Rai language. The word "Kirawa" came from joining two words of Bantawa Rai language called "Kiwa" and "Rawa". So later Kirawa word evolved into "Kirat". In Bantawa Rai language, Kiwa means Tiger and Rawa means relatives. "Kirawa or Rai" referred to as "Kiwa" which means like "Tiger" or "Lion"; "King of the Jungle". The bravery of Kirat Rai were compared with Tiger or "Kiwa" in Bantawa Rai language. The valour of Kirawas were no less than tigers and lions of the jungle. Actually Kirat means people with Lion Heart, which means brave and courageous like Tigers and Lions. Kirats are multilingual tribal communities. Kirat appearance is like Mongolians or vice versa. But Kirats neither came from Mongolia nor from China. Kirats are people from Kailash Parvat Regions of Tibet, Himalayan regions of Nepal, India, Tibet, Bhutan and Burma. Kirat tribes are called Rai, Limbu, Sunuwar, Yakkha, Gurung, Mongar, Ghalley, Tamang, Newar, Tharu, Lepcha, Sherpa etc. These two postulates should demystify Kirat Origin and meaning of KIRAT to all people.

DNA testing could trace the lineage of Nepali Kirat people; some studies indicate this bloodline having much to do with the Thai-Burmese lineage as published in some texts based on scientific studies in Quora digest. Similarly, Nepali Tamang people also come closer to this community in south-eastern Asia, as some studies mention which is contrary to general belief to having Tibetan lineage. The concept that these two communities are the most ancient groups of people in Nepal Himalayas is absolutely true and more than that they might predate the so-called Khas-Arya people's arrival here in present-day Nepal. Every community takes pride in itself for having virtues of some indigenous characteristics. It's wrong to belittle others, and better understand that we all have come here from somewhere. Victory and defeats are just man-made political situation which can not overshadow the great history of humankind's doings of civilizations. They are our common heritage, so respectable at all costs.

As I know, At that time in Bhutan there was very less people so there was trity between Nepal and Bhutan. Bhutan King has request to Nepali king to provide Nepali people for living and support for many reasons, and promised that they can stay as like Nepali culture, 80 families migrant that time, but sad things after long period, 80 Nepali families become more numbers in Bhutan coz of that the Bhutanese king scared or something so he force to celebrated Bhutanese culture, language & traditional accept their own so, there was conflict against King, Nepali community wanted their own but King started to kill or jail those person who does not accept his order, so thousands of families again started to come back Nepal but nepal gov rename Refugees, coz of Bhutanese Identity.. I am so sad for that.. but again after 20 years they migrant many country under IOM.. my happiness is here still they said they are Nepali and they love Nepal. Some of family they are visiting Nepal after 3rd destination it's a proud things..

Another fact file. Lord Shiva is the ancestral god of the Kirat people. it was already known Lord Shiva is Kirati Mongol God because many scholars have said this. Now watch this interview video of Dr. Jagman Gurung who exposed the truth that Lord Shiva is Kirateswhar or God of Kirat. It was the Hindu Aryan people who adopted Kirati God Paruhang into Hindu culture and then gave him the Sanskrit name Shiva.
