Easy and Delicious Tuna Fish Curry Recipe | Meen Mulakittathu | Red Fish Curry Kerala Style
This Easy Fish Curry Recipe is just for Bachelors as we don’t have to grind any masalas here…. anyone can make it without much effort.
The spicy, sour and intense flavor of this curry is highly pleasing for the palate.The curry tastes best the day after it is prepared ,and even better the following days. So don’t miss to try this !

Ingredients :
600 gms Tuna Fish (dark meat tuna, cleaned & washed 3 times, cut into desired pieces)
2 to 3 nos. Garcinia Cambogia or Kudampuli (Fish Tamarind)- washed well before soaking
Lukewarm Water
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Mustard Oil
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Seeds)
2 tbsp (25 gms) Ginger (finely chopped)
2.5 tbsp (30 gms) Garlic (finely chopped)
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
5 nos. Green Chillies (slightly slit)
2 tbsp heaped Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1.5 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Fennel Seeds Powder (saunf powder)
200 ml Hot Water
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
