Talk about a Master class in cooking! Well, this comes from the original source Mother Earth where everything is sourced form. From the collection of food to preparation with all the finer details included. No electric gadgets, no gas stove. Just plain firewood . Her cooking pots are amazing and you can smell the wondrous odour from the spices running crazy through your nose. Wow this grandma has all the receipts on her finger tips. Absolutely amazing. Talk about living with Nature and a lesson in how to minimise food wastage. Compare that to the classy eating places we have now and wastage. This fulfils the requirement of having a nutritious meal every day. This is Kerala cooking at its best.
