Their father opened the restaurant because at that time, the brother just finished his culinary school and wanted to open an Italian restaurant. However, he lost passions over years and his sister who used to be a florist decided to help him. His sister became the manager but she had no idea what to do in the restaurant at the most and the brother ever gone around 2 years to stay away from restaurant. The employees noticed that both of the siblings are not getting along with each other and keep arguing. Even the sister made a "heartfelt" video to Gordon before he came to the restaurant. @@IntelTV "hot ass" is not being able to let skin touch the plate, which is a result of sticking it in a microwave. Warm plates are a result of heat lamps, so that they don't suck the heat from the food.

No wonder he stays slender. He never finishes his food bc it's awful. I'm certain he does much of his own cooking. You cannot fool Gordon. He's not stupid, and knows exactly what is reheated, or what's microwaved. If you're going to be on his show, be prepared to be called out.

I love how so many of the owners are somehow under the impression that Gordon is there to tell them how good their food is and not there to pull a failing business out of the proverbial fire and fix the nuclear waste they call food. Nope. That's why you called a show called kitchen nightmares, because your food is so good.
