Zenith Wing Struts

Let's finish the Zenith CH750 Wing Struts. In the video I've cut the struts and fit and drilled the upper attach fitting.

The sequence of operations should be added to the Zenith drawing, IMO. Great notes! I was waiting for the note that the string for establishing dihedral is tuned to the fifth harmonic of E.

You approach the task with the front wing struts with a lot of thought and deliberation. Leveling the strut before drilling is a very good idea! I'm curious how you solved the problem with the rear struts.

I was wondering if the wings have any washout that needs to be taken into consideration when mounting the struts? Cheers from Winnipeg.

No-the washout is built into the flaperons.
