I did it 2 times 2 times!! Stuck with 30# and 35# except for zotman and flies did #25💪💪 added some abs to finish me out lol!

This was great! U know I love the full body workouts but I have been having knee pain and my therapist wants me to hold off awhile on alot of the leg workouts I do 😕..so will b doing a lot more of these and your ab workouts! 😁 Thanks Kat!!! 💖💪😁✨

I did it 3 x it was perfect!! Coz I don’t have a lot of time in the morning, so I did it 2x in the morning and once in the evening with my kids. My arms are so sore!! ❤️❤️

The bad things about these shorter workouts is that I have less time to think about silly things to write here. I did this only once, but it was my burnout round after I did another strength workout before. It was not easy and my arms a feeling like 🍌 RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWRRR

I only did it once, it’s great to have on days I work 11 hours and don’t feel up to a full workout. I did it on my 30 minute break! 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌

so perfect!! YES! I'll be creating more shorter workouts like this in the future for us! I figure since we have over 500 workouts together that are longer, it's okay to make shorter ones for us too!
