I'm a 15 year old girl who is trying her best to lose weight. if you really want next level toned arms and have weights you should use heavy weight low reps spread out over sets with a longer break in between... "toning" is really another word for strength and it's about nervous system training

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 14 (completed on Day 13): ✅ Due to a knee injury from yesterday's workout and some menstrual cramping, today's HIIT + Abs was a definite no-go for me. So I switched the days out and did tomorrow's workout instead. I really enjoy this one. It's a nice, light workout for crappy days like today but it still provides a good burn. Thank you, Maddie 😌 I'd very much enjoy reading people's self-encouragements, if you'd all be so kind as to drop them below 👇🏻 My encouragement today is just a reminder that even small steps forward still gets me to my goal. And sometimes, slowing it down a bit creates more opportunity to enjoy the process.

Im scared to go to the gym…I just found your videos today and I am so happy I can follow along and even if I need to pause and take a break it’s fine but sometimes I can push myself to follow you all the way through and the burn is so easy but it doesn’t feel like it’s not doing anything either! I just did this without dropping when we weren't supposed to lol definitely feel it i still gotta run so wish my luck with that but I've definitely improved my arms and my strength when I started this I had to drop my arms 10 minutes before the time was up but now I can do the whole thing only taking the breaks we get so proud of myself and anyone else don't feel bad if you drop your arms you will get there it's gonna take time of course you are stronger than you think!

I use to do a lot of calisthenics. And this workout is just SO good no matter the level you are in. From beginner to advanced in a basic or advanced way in a sport/anything, this is really good.

Great arm workout. I loved the tricep moves which are often missing. I had forgotten about dips and the one-armed pushups! Will definitely do this again!

Great workout. I would just recommend the modifications on the shoulder touches while you’re in plank position because for someone who is 185 pounds and has no upper body strength this is very difficult. I ended up doing a plank on my knees, and then being able to touch my shoulders, which was a good modification for me until I build up the strength

Such a good burn in the arms! I only have a set of 3 and 5 pound dumbells so workouts with weights are limited. Workouts with bodyweight however will never cease to test my patience 😂 great workout! I'll be back to try again soon :)) ❤️

Any recommendations for someone that experiences sharp pain in the palms when doing planks? I am also working with a little bit of a muscle pull in the left shoulder which I am sure isn't helping. It's very hard to target those muscle groups without equipment/resistance! Especially biceps. Pull movements generally need some type of resistance if you're looking to gain strength!

@@MadFit hi Maddie 💗💗💗🥹🥹 I’ve noticed I can’t really target them without equipment- resistance bands help me a lot for that when I do not have any dumbbells available. Normally I combine some of your weighted workouts for biceps and back with weightless for shoulders and a bit more of cardio 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
