Ingredients] (1 to 2 servings)
300cc water
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
120 g thinly sliced pork belly
1 clove garlic
1 piece of ginger
1 tablespoon chicken broth
1 teaspoon soy bean sauce
1 tablespoon curry powder
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp.
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
katakuriko (potato starch)
1 tablespoon fukujinzuke (pickled radish)
Chinese pickles
raayu (Chinese red chili oil)
Recipe
1) Thinly slice carrots and onions. Finely chop garlic and ginger. If meat is large, cut into bite-sized pieces.
2) Put about 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and lightly saute garlic and ginger to bring out their aroma. 3) Increase heat and stir-fry pork belly and vegetables.
(3) Increase the heat and stir-fry the pork belly and vegetables.
Add water, chicken stock, sugar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
(5) Simmer for about 2 minutes, then thicken with potato starch and serve. When letting the curry rest, heat it thoroughly to bind the water and potato starch. If not, it will separate over time.
