So many people don’t understand the differences between knee cartilage and a knee meniscus.
This video describes both and tells you the differences in simple plain language.
Often knee injuries develop slowly over time as the cartilage or meniscus gets damaged over time. Sometimes both get damaged at the same time.
The good news is that both knee meniscus injuries and knee cartilage injuries are caused by the same root problems - muscle imbalances and poor movement.
Also both meniscus and cartilage problems can heal and improve in 9 out of 10 cases. It’s not always necessary to have surgery for the cartilage or meniscus.
