Hi Dave, I bought the muscle massage roller for my surgically repaired knee (broken kneecap). I have a deep respect for physical therapists. I have three great therapists that I'm working with. This will be great for when I'm sitting in my recliner after workouts. My tightness is in the front where the surgery was. I don't know how Dr. Cranshaw (my surgeon) did it, but I have had little to no pain. Quick story: When I was going through physical therapy at a swing bed hospital following my surgery, Sarah (the physical therapist) came to my room over the weekend for exercise. It was her day off, and there was no pay. I will never forget her. I had great therapists at that hospital. You guys are great!

Hi Dr. Dave, very comprehensive and helpful. I don't have knee problems yet but good to know these tactics to keep healthy knees. I never thought of a rolling pin on my glutes. I use my foam roller. This has given me some new ideas. I'm a runner so I like to keep my knees happy. Having strong glutes is a constant. God bless 🇨🇦🥰

Good video, alot of your videos for the knee have been useful. I can't touch my rear with my heals any more. The back of my knees get sore and tight. Also feel around the sides.
