सर, आपकी वीडियो अच्छी लगी। मै विकलांग हूँ।मेरे भी विकलांग पैर की जांघ मे ऑपरेशन हुआ, अब घुटना जाम हो गया। मै कुर्सी वाली कसरत कर रहा हूँ बाकि कसरत नही होती हैं। क्या मेरे घुटने का जाम खुल जायेगा और कितने दिन लगेगा?? उत्तर जरूर देना।

Hi sir my acl suregery done on 4th may after 10 days my physiotherapy started i very good with physiotherapy but konw my knee is stiffed bcz of prone position with weight bearing did that some muscle cramps now my knee joint is very stiffed

Namaste. I am suffering from ACL injury from last 4 months. Doctors are telling ,it is minor grade one sprain. Iam doing physiotherapy but swelling below side of knee is not going. Still there is little pain . Please help

Sir meri Acl ki surgery ko 100 days ho gye hain aur yeh Fibre tape internal bress surgery krwayi hai maine mera knee bending ko worm up hone k baad bahut mushkil se complete bending aati hai agr direct bend krni hai to nhi hoti Sir kitne din tk yeh fit ho skta hai plz suggest kren Sir pain b hota hai

Warm up ke baad pura knee band ho rha hai to ye accha sign hai, thode time mai range easily achieve ho jaegi... Exercises ko regularly perform kijiye👍🏻, pain bhi range ke saath improve hoga, exercises ke baad 20 minute icing krein usse pain mai relief milega

ACL surgery ke baad kisi bhi sports mai vapsi ke liye 9-12 mahine ka proper rehab krana bhut jaruri hai nhi to dobara ACL injury ke chances hote hain... Ap strengthening, balancing, aur cricket specific rehab exercises krein, specially agar aap fast bowler hai to ye aur bhi jada jaruri ho jata hai👍🏻

Hi sir. My patella broken surgery was done on 12th august. 5 months completed . From 1st November we started physiotherapy. Till now only 90 degrees only it is bending. I'm doing exercises u showed in the video. Patella joint wire inserted. I am unable to fold my leg fully on bed. While sitting it is 85 to 90 degrees. I am 41 now pls reply me sir

Keep doing the exercises regularly and get your knee joint mobilised by your physiotherapist 👍🏻 it should eventually get better

Shuruaat mai dard hona normal hai, exercises krne ke baad barf se 15-20 minute tak sikai jarur kre, usse sujan aur dard thik ho jaega 👍🏻

Hello, Actually I have got tibia fracture. It's been 2.5 months. Doctor comes off my plaster from the knee but still on leg and ankle. I am facing difficulties to fold my knee. I need a suggestion, I am getting confused that I should do exercise for the stiff knee or not ? Or should I wait to put off my plaster from the leg and ankle as well ? Can you please suggest ?

Hi sir! Mera road accident 05 June'22 ko hua. Patella Tendon break ho gaya tha but knee cap(Patella) shi tha. Operation was done on 07 June'22. Plaster lagaye hue aaj 6 weeks ho gaye hain. Aaj 21 June '22 ko plaster niklega. Mai bas comments section padh ke depression me jaa rha hu ki mera leg shi se kaam kar paayega ya nhi.....pls advice. Your suggestions on this is highly requested.

Ho jaega, swelling control hone se bhi range badhege, regular exercises se joint ka movement improve hoga, exact time depend krega kitna severe apka range limit hai, but on an average 6 weeks tak ka time lag sakta hai👍🏻

Exercises ko continue krna hai jb tak 130-135 tak range nhi jaati... Immobilization yani ghutne ki movement na krne se soft tissue shorten yani sankuchit ho jate hain, is position se jb aap movement ko jari rakhoge to tissues ka adaptation vapas se nyi range mai hoga... Jb tak puri tarah adaptation nhi ho jata nye range mai apko exercises jari rakhni hai... Aisa kuch samay hoga ki exercises krne ke kuch der baad vapas tightness aajati hai but jaise hi nyi range mai ghutna jaega tissues apne aap release ho jaenge aur ghutna puri range praapt kr lega... So don't worry... Just perform the exercises regularly 👍🏻

Knee flexion with just cycling is not advisable in the initial stage, mobilisation of knee joint, hot fomentation, gentle knee range of motion exercises along with cycling might help👍🏻

Agar swelling hai to kr sakte hain lekin icing sterile condition mai krni hogi taki contamination na ho,Ice should not come in direct contact to avoid contamination,better avoid icing if stitches are there and Sterility is not maintained,aap stitches ke asspass ke area mai icing kr sakte hain,stitches ke direct contact mai ice ko na lae, Acl rehab mai pain hona normal hai, jo mostly serious nhi hota👍🏻thoda sa back off kro... Jada hard exercise na krein, pain chala jaega

Hello sir..mera acl avulsion fracture tha. Uska operation karke 1 month ho gaya hai..me physio k pass jata hu to leg bend ho jata hai...50 se 70 degree tak.. Lekin ghar ja ke mera leg utna bend nhi ho raha hai..ghutna jam ho jata hai.. To kya karu.. Plz reply sir.

Ye bhut hi normal baat hai, dheere dheere tissues nyi range mai adapt ho jaenge aur range fir maintain rahegi, iske liye home exercises par bhi focus karein... Don't worry range aa jaegi👍🏻

Regular exercises kro, exercises ke phle hot pack se muscles aur joint ko warm up kro.... Dheere dheere range aa jaegi👍🏻

Sir mera accident ko 9 month hogeya mera per me fracture hua tha to 2 months bed rest karan mera knee jaam hogeya hai abhi 11 month hogeya hai me exercise karke 50degree hi mud pai hun kya iss exercise se knee mud jayega plz sir reply
