I’m 27, 219 pound, and diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism. I heard that strength is one of the best workouts for women with my conditions, and this workout has been great! Love the length of the video and the warmup and cooldown, especially, a lot of workouts on KZbin don’t include those, but they’re super important! Thank you!

great workout! loved the fact that the workout didn't consist of repetitive lunges and squats. Too hard on the joints now. Gentle workout but I felt like my muscles were working hard. Started over a month ago trying for 3-4 workouts a week. Appreciate the variety of workouts to choose from. Easy to dedicate 30 minutes to my fitness every day. Thank you!

I 'm 83 and loved this workout. It raised heart rate (thus adds cardio) while building strength. Most of all, it reminds me to engage my core, the bedrock of an active lifestyle. I used to teach Pilates and have lost touch with my mighty core, so THANK YOU LAUREN 🥰

I love the compound moves. In the moment you don't think you will manage to the end of the 45 seconds but then you remember you are working everything and it pushes you to keep going. I also like being able to switch out the weights in accordance with what my body can 'do' on the day. Your workouts are so calming, even the really tough ones like this. Thank you so much Lauren ❤xxx

Loved this! I don't know which I liked better the workout or the stretches! You have the best stretches before and after the workout. Most channels spend very little time on it. I'm 72 with osteoporosis, HBP and a right knee that clicks with too much prolonged knee bending. I have been doing a variety of your classes and am happy to find this one that is easy for the knees. You are a great motivator but not a fanatic slave driver!

I really enjoyed the workout, especially the work on the hip joints. I suddenly discovered that my stomach tightened, became less flabby and the muscles in my arms hardened. I replied that KZbin has lots of options for seniors and/or beginners and mentioned this channel as an example. I hope you get some new visitors from that! Thanks for today's workout! I feel it!

Loved this workout! I haven’t worked out in a very long time and was a bit hesitant to give this a try. But, I’m so happy to say that I could do this (by using lighter weights that are appropriate for me!). So grateful for your understanding and willingness to work with those of us that are no longer 20 years old!

There isn’t one video that I don’t like. Loved the changeup of the weights and the combo moves. my mother’s building which is full of seniors uses your videos for their chair yoga. I think it’s great.!!!!

I love this workout! I have had knee problems my whole life, bur lunges actually have really helped to strengthen my quads, gluten, and surrounding muscles to the point where I have very little pain. So, I don't avoid squats, but this was a great total body workout. I love the harder workouts!! 70 years old and going strong here!

Darn you, now I have another favorite strength workout. Love the mix of weights. The last block with the bicep side knee lift was one I was looking for. I felt it on the side where the flab exist in the small of the back area. Best of all, 200 calorie burned. Now to do a half hour walk and get some my indoor steps in. You are fantastic.

What I like is that there are so many for me to choose from Today I felt lazy so I chose this slow one and I loved it I do your 10 min balance exercises and I have seen an improvement Though I have not done any abb exercises they feel stronger And I just feel better,walk more upright and feel stronger ..Your exercises are the best !❤
