My favorite workouts are weights! The dumbbell was 8 pounds, but when lifting for the left hand it was 4 pounds. very powerful workout! Thank you so much Lauren for the new fun exercises!

Great workouts. The first one I tried relieved my arthritis pain completely. After my last cardiology visit couple weeks ago I had a pulsating tinnitus in one ear. So, started doing these different strengthening workouts daily and the pulsating tinnitus is gone. I am 66 and feeling good 😊Thank you!!

Thank you, I am on week 8 post total right knee replacement. Used 2 lb today but have done your arm workouts for a long time. Arm strength allowed me to do a forward fold to a plank to get on the floor and back up without having to get on my knees. So much better for my back to do some of my PT exercises on the floor rather than on the bed. I feel that all your workouts I have done since I found you is helping me recover faster. 😊

Tuesday/Thursday are my strength days so I did this one this morning. I generally use 5 lb weights because my shoulders tend to bother me, but I thought I’d try 8 lbs today and switch if I needed to. But I didn’t need to! Did the whole workout with the heavier weight and only started to struggle a bit with the arms at 90 degree angle and lift. Yay me!

I have always found flies very hard but when you said squeeze the shoulder blades it made a big difference. Also the same with the criss cross, to squeeze and stretch the shoulder blades was a good tip in order to actually feel the stretch. It's so nice to get the little reminders😀

I just completed this workout. I enjoy your videos so much because you give great instructions. Whenever I was getting tired you would say something that kept me motivated. My difficulty was making the transition from side to side with a heavy weight. I used 8 lbs. Going forward I will either do less reps or use a lighter weight to minimize that difficulty and maintain good form.

Hi Lauren, Another great one!!! I noticed a bit of confusion in directives at 4:38, "take the dumbbell in your right hand " and you took it in your left one... also at 22:21 let's drop the right hand and you do it with your left one... Thank you for everything, you're fantastic!!!

Personally, I prefer that you use the same arm that you are advising viewers to use, and then that you turn sideways to demonstrate the proper form as you used to do. This method works best for me!
