4 months ago, I barely was able to do 5 minutes of Lauren’s workouts. 34 minutes still looks so long but I did it and got through it fine! Lol, it’s just my mind that thinks I can’t do it, my body says, “come on, let’s go!” Thank you for all your videos and motivation! I appreciate all you do and the time it takes to put these videos together!

Of course I liked the training: not difficult, interesting - new movements. And, most importantly, the RESULT! The joints are becoming more and more mobile and this is significantly felt in everyday life - when cleaning, when working in the garden beds, etc. Surprisingly, simple movements repeated many times give such a huge effect, this is exactly what older people need. I appreciate so much these monthly playlists. They help me stay on track. Sometimes I just want to take the easy way out and choose a simpler or shorter workout, or not do weights, etc., and it will take me twenty minutes to figure out what I want to do. Even if someone isn't into kickboxing, you made it enjoyable. Before doing this one, I finished an upper body strength workout and needed a gentle finisher. This was perfect. It will be great on it's own.

I just started doing Lauren's workouts, am trying the cardio and strength ones first. I love the ability to modify to more or less - and I have knee issues and these help strengthen without causing additional swelling and pain. The kickboxing inspired was really good-first time I have done any kick boxing type moves and loved it! Amazing job Lauren with moves, and instruction!!!

In June I had fractured my ribs, and had to put a hault on exercising with your videos. 😞 I had to switch to just either walking outside, which I love, or going on my treadmill. I finally was able to start exercising with Senior Shape again, yesterday, and am so happy to be doing them again. I started with the HIIT CARDIO yesterday and did this video today! Love them both and my muscles are feeling it, in a good way!! Thank you Lauren, for continuing to be here, when I couldn’t for a bit.

What I love most about this workout is the "next move" box. I'm spectacularly uncoordinated so I normally have to spend the first 10 seconds of any new move figuring out what the heck is going on. This way I can figure it out and hop right in when the timer starts! (I' someone who adores kickboxing, though. It makes me feel all tough, though I suspect I lactually look ridiculous.)

Another great walking workout. I really enjoy the kickboxing inspired ones! I upped the modified jacks to full jumping jacks, and upped the jump rope to a jog instead of a weight shift. I love that your workouts are easy to modify up or down as needed. Keep them coming!❤

Love the kickboxing! First time for this particular video. It was great. I have a fairly low resting heart rate and this really kicked it up. During the walking time, I walked up and down the hallway with 6 lb weights. Love your workouts Lauren❤️

So I did this program this morning but I’d read comments last night. Cudo’s to the person who suggested using the 2 lb. Dumb bells. (I know you also recommend this at the end). I also did this , with the exception of the bag section! Great workout!

Just did this workout this morning and it was really nice! I did use some two pound hand weights, for most of the workout! I stayed right in my fat burning zone, but definitely went higher too! Great workout!!!

Also...I love that you wear different outfits, Lauren. It helps me find the ones I have done easily. I usually do my workouts on the big screen and I can't figure out how to like and comment there, so I go back later and find the same workout on my laptop to do that. 🤣

I really like this video. I was going to walk outside but the temperatures were pretty warm so decided to do this instead. It’s a great workout and I especially like you giving a preview of the next move. I also like the one minute intervals with marching in between. 😊

I'd taken a couple of weeks off, then did this workout on Monday. I was really winded. I usually switch workouts (and waste a lot of time choosing!) but I did this one every weekday this week to test my progress and felt a big improvement in my wind and endurance by day 5--and I added three pound weights for many of the arm movements.

Great workout to raise the HR Lauren, I added some 1 & 2 kg hand weights to level this workout up a little. Your workouts are definitely encouraging me to do more low impact cardio. ✔️ 👍

Great workout. I was surprised at the number of steps, 3127 and 260 calories. I'm still a little fearful of doing too much with my knee issue. I do me. Like to say I'm courageous and careful. So appreciate you and how you help me/us be the best we can be.
