4 months ago, I barely was able to do 5 minutes of Lauren’s workouts. 34 minutes still looks so long but I did it and got through it fine! Lol, it’s just my mind that thinks I can’t do it, my body says, “come on, let’s go!” Thank you for all your videos and motivation! I appreciate all you do and the time it takes to put these videos together!

that's great! i'm just the opposite, my mind says,,, let's do this' but my body balks at it and has to be coaxed 😀but this workout is so good! cos kickboxing is my jam! so fun Lauren ❤❤

Hi Lauren, My husband and I have been working out with you several times a week for over a year now, and I want to thank you so much for all of your safe and effective workouts! This one was amazing. I added in two pound handweights and got a heck of a workout! It's nice to work out and not ever feel pressured to keep up. Your" you do you" attitude keeps it fun and less self sabotaging. ❤❤❤

i knowww! this time i used my therapeutic band( stretchy) for the jabs and punches ! like your weights! adds that ooomph factor! fun fun😂😂😂❤❤

Of course I liked the training: not difficult, interesting - new movements. And, most importantly, the RESULT! The joints are becoming more and more mobile and this is significantly felt in everyday life - when cleaning, when working in the garden beds, etc. Surprisingly, simple movements repeated many times give such a huge effect, this is exactly what older people need. Thank you so much, Lauren!

I appreciate so much these monthly playlists. They help me stay on track. Sometimes I just want to take the easy way out and choose a simpler or shorter workout, or not do weights, etc., and it will take me twenty minutes to figure out what I want to do. The playlist makes it so easy and pushes me when I don’t feel like it. Thanks so much!!

Our group really enjoyed this workout this morning. We added 3 and 5 pound weights and it was really helpful to have the little window showing the next move so we could adjust the weights as we wanted. Great routine…thank you!

Even if someone isn't into kickboxing, you made it enjoyable. Before doing this one, I finished an upper body strength workout and needed a gentle finisher. This was perfect. It will be great on it's own.

I just started doing Lauren's workouts, am trying the cardio and strength ones first. I love the ability to modify to more or less - and I have knee issues and these help strengthen without causing additional swelling and pain. The kickboxing inspired was really good-first time I have done any kick boxing type moves and loved it! Amazing job Lauren with moves, and instruction!!!

In June I had fractured my ribs, and had to put a hault on exercising with your videos. 😞 I had to switch to just either walking outside, which I love, or going on my treadmill. I finally was able to start exercising with Senior Shape again, yesterday, and am so happy to be doing them again. I started with the HIIT CARDIO yesterday and did this video today! Love them both and my muscles are feeling it, in a good way!! Thank you Lauren, for continuing to be here, when I couldn’t for a bit.

We have been doing two days of two of your Senior Shapes (1 hour) at our Church with some of the women in the church for several months, probably getting to a year now. Hi Lauren. I cannot thank you enough for all your awesome Utube videos for seniors. I have been using your exercises since a did my back in a few years ago and it has really help change my fitness level and definitely helped with my back. I love everyone of your videos but especially like the ones that have a timer up on screen and the kickboxing exercises and weight training. You are just amazing and helping so many people. What I love most about this workout is the "next move" box. I'm spectacularly uncoordinated so I normally have to spend the first 10 seconds of any new move figuring out what the heck is going on. This way I can figure it out and hop right in when the timer starts! (I' someone who adores kickboxing, though. It makes me feel all tough, though I suspect I lactually look ridiculous.)

My first kickboxing workout. This was my second video in a row and I kept wanting to give up but stuck with it and pushed through. This was a great workout! I love that your videos are never boring but rather keep me engaged and wanting to keep going. Thank you for all you do to help keep us healthy, fit and strong!!

Another great workout. I'm so glad I came across you. I am a fairly fit 65 yr old enjoying good fast walks across country ( aiming for 12,500 steps a day), and working on flexibility, mobility and strength. These workouts are a fantastic addition. I love that you remind me to check my core etc just as I need it! Thank you.

Another great walking workout. I really enjoy the kickboxing inspired ones! I upped the modified jacks to full jumping jacks, and upped the jump rope to a jog instead of a weight shift. I love that your workouts are easy to modify up or down as needed. Keep them coming!❤

I was dripping with sweat 10 min into the workout. I mean that as a compliment! Should have grabbed a pair of 1 kg dumbells, but still worked those muscles really well. Perhaps I shouldn't have done this right before going to bed. I feel so energized! Thank you, Lauren!

Love the preview box! It really helped me get ready to not be such a klutz with some of these moves. 😂 I would also suggest a countdown timer for the entire workout to help us know how much longer the workout is. You’re the best!

Just did this and enjoyed the kickboxing moves for something different. You mentioned the brain 2 times during this workout. I’m hoping to gain strength and more muscle from your workouts but believe what it does for our brains is equally important, probably the most important of all in reality.

Thanks again. I am going through the August workout which I am glad I found. Not easy and not coordinated but doing the best I can to keep up (I am 70). Dr. says my heart needs this and a new eating plan. So I am serous. Have a blessed day.

thank youu so much for this! i am 5 days post first chemo infusion and its storming and i thought i cannot do exercise after having high fever and being so in my head about cancer. Thank you because i finished this and i find you really comforting

Thank you Lauren. Muscle memory kicked in for sure. I was certified to teach KB classes with Beachbody’s Chalene Johnson’s Turbo Kick 20 years ago. It was nice to do a slower version I can do now.

Love the kickboxing! First time for this particular video. It was great. I have a fairly low resting heart rate and this really kicked it up. During the walking time, I walked up and down the hallway with 6 lb weights. Love your workouts Lauren❤️

So I did this program this morning but I’d read comments last night. Cudo’s to the person who suggested using the 2 lb. Dumb bells. (I know you also recommend this at the end). I also did this , with the exception of the bag section! Great workout!

Just did this workout this morning and it was really nice! I did use some two pound hand weights, for most of the workout! I stayed right in my fat burning zone, but definitely went higher too! Great workout!!!

Also...I love that you wear different outfits, Lauren. It helps me find the ones I have done easily. I usually do my workouts on the big screen and I can't figure out how to like and comment there, so I go back later and find the same workout on my laptop to do that. 🤣

I really like this video. I was going to walk outside but the temperatures were pretty warm so decided to do this instead. It’s a great workout and I especially like you giving a preview of the next move. I also like the one minute intervals with marching in between. 😊

I'd taken a couple of weeks off, then did this workout on Monday. I was really winded. I usually switch workouts (and waste a lot of time choosing!) but I did this one every weekday this week to test my progress and felt a big improvement in my wind and endurance by day 5--and I added three pound weights for many of the arm movements.

Great workout to raise the HR Lauren, I added some 1 & 2 kg hand weights to level this workout up a little. Your workouts are definitely encouraging me to do more low impact cardio. ✔️ 👍

Great workout. I was surprised at the number of steps, 3127 and 260 calories. I'm still a little fearful of doing too much with my knee issue. I do me. Like to say I'm courageous and careful. So appreciate you and how you help me/us be the best we can be.
