Great video! I really like the content of the channel, the truth is that the videos are quite dynamic and help me a lot to do the exercises and relax or soothe the body after exercise. Keep it up! I would like to know if in future videos you could do a review about footwear that you use, recommend or tips to choose for training and before training to relax and care for our feet such as sandals, flip flops or minimalist shoes that you recommend for comfort. Thanks great video.....content is right to the point. Point point-1 single leg squat on stairs......you are saying keep knee aligned with toe. For me this is the issue knee is coming inside as you said don't do this. What should I do? Where I live there is no organization or clinic who do "Gait Analysis" I can't do single leg squat with weak or injured leg. Please suggest some exercise so during single leg squat my knee does not come inside. Thanks and take care

I would suggest offloading using the upper body so you can exercise the leg with less weight initially.

Exercise one is painful and I am struggling to bear weight on the bad side, I can do the stretches no problem but feel quite sore after exercise three, I def have poor flexibility on my ankles as I can barley get my knees over my toes without lifting my heels off the floor, I have read that it should it easy to achieve +2” but I am nowhere near that. I think that trying to improve my ankle mobility for squats is probably how I have hurt my knee in the first place or at least has contributed to it. Anyway I will try these for a few weeks to see how I get on. Many thanks.

Is it okay if a 12 year old has knee pain while going up/down a set of stairs. (Btw the 12 is pretty active e.g. biking to school and back, going to the gym, playin football)
