Kneeling progression, higher emphasis on knee ROM with 30-60 min of stretching per day and constant quad sets, and the tidbit that AD usage helps not only with balance but also with offloading the knee in the initial stages, are the things I'll personally be taking from this vid as a PT. Another banger of a vid as always
