Wonderful video Dave. For knee issues physical therapists recommend strengthening the glutes above all and not concentrating on the thighs. Is there something you can tell us about that?

Hi Dave I noticed you didn’t do the twist in this routine. Do you not recommend doing the twist if you have weak/sore knees? Thx

Pardon me, but, no twisting! Get those glutes strong anyway you can. Do your workout with all "face forward" muscles on both sides of your body lined up. See Dave's video: Week 7 with Christine, Sciatica, Glutes, QA - Cellercise® LIVE with Dave Hall . . . . and go this this link. . . 14:57 What is the best move for glutes? Back kick?

I have a question. i am now 66 yrs old. in my 40's stepped off the side of my stairs at about the 4th one up and landed sideways on my foot. it crunched cracked and popped almost at the same time. i did not go to the doctor.{bad idea} wel at 65 i stepped into a hole went down and instantly knew i broke my foot again. same place , same foot. i believe it was called the metetarsal?? but its been al,most a year now { yes i did go to doctor this time} but that side of my foot is still kinda touchy when i move in certain directions. Will the bouncing and flexability of the mat possibly cause another fracture?

The Cellerciser eliminates the jarring associated with hitting a hard surface but it does increase circulation and promotes flexibility. There are several graduated approaches I can share with you. Please give me a call. 435-562-4457

Do you wear sneakers on the rebounder or is it just socks?

I don’t wear sneakers…barefoot, socks, or soft-soled slippers. They allow the foot to move and support your natural alignment . Shoes can be restrictive. As the foot becomes more flexible it can improve foot health.
