Hi Kathy your yoga sequences are really very helpful. Can you give some sequences to heal ligament injury. Which asanas a person should avoid with meniscus tear.

This is for me I am 49yrs and doing iyengar yoga since 1 1/2 yrs. I had meniscus tear 4 wks back after physio I am better now. I think yoga will help to strengthen my knee pl guide
