컴뱃나이프같은 서바이벌 나이프? 같은 것 들은 어떤 방식으로 칼을 갈아야 하나요?

주인장께서 바쁘신것 같아 칼 매니아가 답변드리자면 다른거 없습니다. 본인이 원하는 특정한 모양이나 샀을 때의 모양 그대로 가는 방식입니다. 전자의 경우 예를 들면 다이소 접이식 과도가 있는데 그 칼을 오로시 칼처럼 일직선으로 만든게 제가 갖고 있는 접이식 과도의 모양입니다. 박스에 테이프를 제거하거나 방울토마토 커팅 같은 곳에 사용하지요. 현재 칼의 모양대로 그냥 갈고 싶으시면 칼 면의 곡선을 따라 숫돌에 밀착해서 연마하시면 되고 특별히 다른 모양을 원하시면 일반 가정에서는 숫돌(저방수:100~400)에 원하시는 모양 따라 연마하시는 방법입니다. 어떤 칼이든 그 칼의 모양(곡선)대로 숫돌에 밀착시켜 왔다갔다(연마) 하시는 방법이 칼을 갈아 쓴다 라고 하는 것인데 어떤 방식으로 갈아야 하냐 물어보시면 제가 말했던 방식 밖에는 없다고 볼 수 있습니다.
