Yo guys today on ‪@RenderRam‬ we're again talking about things everyone knows about, right? With the help of ‪@evermotion‬ and their cool Corona Render scene:

preserve UV also can be used to stack UV modifications in run time. Let say u found some vertex wrong welded u throw an editable poly click preserve UV first than anything because if u modify something without preserving it first the UV will get messed up. So u can go forever Unwrap UV > edit poly (preserve UV) fix wathever need to be fixed unwrap UV again and sometimes i do this like 6 or 7 times then when im done collapse everything.

@@RenderRam yea try it out make a cube delete a polygon unwrap the UV throw a new edit poly preserve UV cap the missing polygon and throw another unwrap UV and see if the polygon fixed is there. Maybe u have to re project and relax it but the UV will persist through the layers as long as u preserve it before any type of modification.

Thank you man. I knew 3 out of 5 of these cool features. Numbr 3 is really I was looking for even I was thinking recently to write Chaos an email about it 😂 to plz include that specific option... And number 5, to filter objects by size is great feature I never knew about before. Please keep making some more cool info-shorts. Thank you

I alredy knew the multisub thing, but it always revert to default everytime. It might be that it came with the render preset i have?

Try opening a fresh max, set that multi/sub number, and save it as maxstart.max file in my documents scenes folder of 3ds max, maybe it will help
