Anyone who eats healthy bread can live up to 100 years. Keto bread without flour, without sugar, without oatmeal

Recipe and ingredients:
1 glass of yogurt.
3 eggs.
Salt.
mix well.
where are you from?
write in the comments.
I really love greetings from different countries.
2 tablespoons flax seeds.
2 tablespoons psyllium seeds.
mix well.
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds.
2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
fry in a frying pan.
mix well.
90g almonds.
fry in a frying pan.
grind in a blender.
mix well.
10g baking powder.
I will bake in cups.
Grease with vegetable oil.
I also bake in a glass.
My glasses have a straight neck.
I distribute the dough.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
3 eggs.
cook until done.
I chop it with a fork.
Avocado.
Dill.
Garlic.
Salt.
black pepper.
some lemon juice.
grind in a blender.
The spread is ready!
the bread is ready!
It's definitely best to cool it down.
The bread is very soft.
it is very easy and delicious!

Did you forget to mash the advocado up on a plate before putting it in the blender?!!! Nice healthy recipe and what we need. A researched tip - flaxseeds eaten without being milled will do nothing for the body other than pass straight out. Flaxseeds must be broken, milled, squished to get the nutritional profile otherwise it’s a waste. Research it yourself. So in future, it might be better to mill them a little to preference to get the health benefits. Thanks for your very healthy recipe of which I will be making. Million thanks. ❤

Hello! I am watching from Ireland.. Thanks for the recipe... As a thank you I will love to share with you also my flaxseed keto bread.. 5 eggs One and a half flaxseed flour ( I mix them in my coffee grounder machine) One teaspoon pink salt One teaspoon baking powder or bicarbonate powder One quarter cup of olive oil One quarter cup of almond no sugar added vegetable milk Mix the liquids first then the dry with an electric mixer, en put on a preheat it oven at 170 celcios for 40 min and enjoy!

Cozinhe por 7minutos, no máximo. Para remover a casca, use uma colher de sobremesa. Vai ser muito fácil. Grande abraço!!! Sou do Rio de Janeiro _Brasil!🇧🇷

Will definitely try this bread recipe with ground flax seed instead as someone recommend, it looks delicious. Will leave the avocado out of the spread though since I'm highly allergic.
