My fastest oatmeal bread for a healthy breakfast! no flour no butter
INGREDIENTS (1 cup = 250 ml):
✔️ long-cooked oatmeal 1 cup.
✔️ Egg 1 pc.
✔️ Salt to taste.
✔️ Sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon.
✔️ 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.
✔️ Kefir or yoghurt 200 ml.
✔️ 1 teaspoon soda.
✔️ Apple cider vinegar 0.5 tablespoons.
Baking temperature 180* C
Bake time 30-35 minutes.
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 199.00 kcal.
Protein - 8.64g.
fat - 9.76 g.
carbohydrate - 18.54 g.
