I live in Japan, and I think like you guys, that in Korea or here, most people wouldnt speak up. That's why groping on public trains is so common, why bullying in schools is an epidemic (teachers KNOW and HEAR and SEE bullying and nothing is done. They say it has happened in the teachers room (I know I'm a teacher) but then no consequences are done)) or domestic violence been done in public and everyone "minds their business" when they actually shouldnt. It's a very big problem and I wish something was done about it.

I get it I been living in Korea for 4 years now. If I see bullying I'm not leaving it alone. I was never that kind of person to stand by and just watch it happen. Even I have been teaching all my students they wouldn't like it so they shouldn't do it. The changes in my classroom were phenomenal, some students who felt like they were picked on now have a voice.

Bullying in schools.. I don't think any teachers do anything about that, no matter what country
@CodenameTurtle
@CodenameTurtle 3 жыл бұрын
@@solus8685 one of my teachers in high school in Sweden got involved when the whole class isolated, hit and bullied me and it got me suicidal. She talked to every student, every parent, brought me to the school therapist every week. She even taught everyone the negative impact of bullying and made a big ruckus about it. Even though I was ashamed back then and it's been over ten years, I'll never forget the person who brought me back the will to live. She helped me out of a bad situation at home too. That woman changed a lot for not just me but others, though I worried she took everything to heart. There's some really cool teachers out there.

@@CodenameTurtle that's amazing and I'm glad you're okay. It's just that I've heard a ton of stories of how teachers always choose to ignore bullying, and I've seen it happen myself as well, a lot.. Your experience is an exception

@@solus8685 You're right, I know a lot of people choose to ignore bullying, even in work environments as well. But there are people out there who do try to help. Teachers have it rough, too. I wish they would have more resources for things like that.

There was one of these episodes where they staged women getting roofied, but one was dressed 'modestly' and the other woman was dressed 'provocatively' Both the women were treated completley differently in the same scenario, it was eye opening to me how people acted so nonchalant about 'well she dressed that way so she had it coming"... @@leoheartstrings4720 I served navy and thankfully our training wasn’t that way when I went through it. Off colored jokes sometimes, but at the end of the day most of the mindsets were open. Especially when it came to serious situations. If any of my close friends thought the man in this scenarios was serious they would have checked him real fast. Probably wouldn’t have been as heartfelt though. More like telling that guy to stop being a POS and get lost if he had such a problem buying some damn chips from someone. Haha

@@chaeyoungsbestie414 There are many great people who serve in our military. My dad and other family members falling into that. My dad and his fellow army buddies have friends of all walks of life. Those who have to make tough choices...it does make a difference, even if its keeping the freedoms we have, when there are so many others around the world that sadly don't have such freedoms. True, some in the military are horrible, but I won't lump them all in the same trash heap. What that soldier said is true...most men and women join to keep their families safe and to protect the freedoms we have. So to his family, he is a big hero to them. I'm sorry you seem to dislike the US Military as a whole. There must be quite the story behind it 🤔

The soldier is right, freedom of religion is a right. I will save that one in my memory in case I ever need to defend somebody. I'm a foreigner living in America but I look and sound like a native so I am always ready to step up if I overhear anything. If I ever hear "go back to your country" to someone else I will battle them with words and bring out all kinds of stubborn. I'm the oldest sibling in my family so if it's one thing I grew up doing it was standing up against bullies for those that couldn't stand up for themselves.

This brings back memories omg i was shaking while watching these episodes. When i was in college we did a social experiment on a graduation ceremony day with families all over the campus. I stole someone's laptop and the father really chased after me. I'm a girl so of course i got terrified. They didn't believe me even after my friend who was filming everything came out, because they thought it was my "backup plan" in case i failed. The owner of the laptop (my guy friend) came back so late, i panicked while trying to call him to come back before the family call the police. They only loosen up after my guy friend returned. I used to love watching social experiments a lot but since then, watching them gave me shivers :'D

The rather troubling thing about the guy who agreed with the actor is that the actor is trying to be as much of a jerk as possible to get a reaction out of people, while the guy who agreed with him was being his genuine self. Meanwhile, the actor himself was astounded by that guy's behavior during that scene, that same scene where he is supposed to remain in character of a false 'jerk' persona.

Love it, but it's so over the top. "We took over a Burger King to see how people would react to a parent shooting his starving foster child in a racist gang initiation."

I think it is. I noticed when it came to the episode regarding the homeless guy who passed out with a beer can. People will step in for harassment if it’s overt but in that instance, no one stopped for hours.

Yeah, the atheist one really got my goat. If you haven’t seen it, they have a supposedly atheist person express their discomfort at families praying before a meal. No atheist I know would tell someone not to pray before their meal, especially not a stranger. Most of us were religious at one time. Most of us hide our atheism from non-atheists. It can take years before an atheist willingly lets others know they are an atheist.

Could you please react to Eurovision 2021 for all of your European fans? If you didn't know, Eurovision is this song contest in which European countries (+Australia) compete against eachother. It's a really big show every year and every country sends in a singer/band of their choosing that performs a song that is specifically written for Eurovision. The contest has been around for a really long time cause it was made to bring Europe together after WW2. This year was really good so I'm curious to know what you guys think of it!

That third one made me incredibly angry. I live in Indiana and there are people like this everywhere. I'm (unfortunately) related to some of them. They think that they're members of the Benevolent White Overlord Class and all the other races should know their place.
