Yazzz, waiting on that cookbook! This is making me want a pancake now, lol. I like the putting the oil in a container with a spout idea too. So much easier for oil distribution when you're making pancakes. Thank you for sharing Chef!!

I was looking for a recipe for scallion pancake when I found this video. Chef, could the AP flour be substituted with Almond flour to make it more Keto friendly? Could different vegies be used? I really want to try this. Love your videos.
