K-pop is a sound and visual experience. Lots of K-pop groups have a storyline and some lore and the reason people like K-pop so much is also because of that. It’s understandable that you don’t like the pauses in the middle of the song, but if you are rating the song lower solely on the pauses just listen to the audio before watching the mv.

If ya'll are just focusing on just evaluating the music, just react to the studio version of the tracks. These pauses are in the mvs for story-telling purposes, especially for groups like Enhypen where the lore and story is an important element to their comebacks. But the pauses are NOT in the studio versions of the songs. Maybe react to the lyric videos instead. Music videos are a completely different medium of art; if you aren't interested in the story/cinematography/editing/etc. there isn't even any point to watching them tbh.

That's why you'll find a lot of versions for the same song, an MV, a performance video, an audio version, a lyric video..etc. heck, even one song can have a bunch of different MVs like side 1, side 2 for different perspectives or a continuation of the storyline 😂 so, the pauses don't really ruin the song, cause most Kpop fans watch MVs for the whole package not just the song itself! If you want to react to KPOP, the fans get brutal, some of us are downright scary... maybe before a MV you can look into the song and see if there is a performance video instead, or check out the MV after the performance video. Coming from a huge music lover and a fans point of view when someone speaks this way about our groups and their mvs, its like WE just got punched in the gut. We love and appreciate these stories, the hard work our boys and their staff put into them and the visuals they give us so much and feel personally attacked when hearing "some" things. You can say were being too sensitive like one "person" stated in the comments, but that's ok. I, as well as many stans ARE sensitive and super (happily) protective over the groups (and idols) we stan. The fandoms rule the world, it just a fact now. Haters are gonna hate but KPOP fans will stand up and comment with passion and venom at the ready. Just a heads up, we love reactors, but even more, we love respect for our boys and their hard work and the crew behind them.

The overwhelming reaction to the white guy complaining about the pauses in the music videos is so valid. I used to think maybe he's just saying that because he has to show his personal preference in terms of music videos, but I have to agree that he can be really tone deaf sometimes and its getting weird with the childish rants on the pauses. It's a MUSIC VIDEO from a group with a heavy lore in their existence, what do you expect? There are plenty of versions out there without a pause which you can listen to without interruptions. But when you're reacting to a MUSIC VIDEO, you're reacting to much more than just the track. Grow up and fix this attitude if you want this channel to grow.

RIGHT? Dude literally gave it a 10.5! Like what?! xD even I don't like the song that much, sadly saying it. I wish I liked it more but I feel like they repeat that carnival-ish sound too many times in the song and wish they wouldn't have included it so much. The outro of the track is AMAZING and it's probably the part of the song that I love the most and it almost makes me want to listen to it again.

Han is the best Gen 4 K Rapper and he is a writer and producer. He is literally gold standard. Anybody compared to him will really pale in comparison. I love "Future Perfect" and "Blessed-Cursed" They are the best songs to get energy up and have fun and workout to. That said, whoever is writing their raps needs to up the game a touch. The guys that are serious should give feedback/pushback/input and/or write their own. I'm glad you acknowledged 2nd verse rap as good/better. I think he is serious about rap. I think Jay and Heesung are too but Hee wants the ACE jack of all trades label more than he specifically wants to be a good rapper. Han is that effortlessly.
