Only 2 Korean acts so far have made me tear up during some kind of performance. Loona and IU. Eight and celebrity hit me at times when I was going through a very very very hard time. IU will always hold a special place in my heart. Such a generational talent. And I don't mean kpop generations. I mean lifetime. Her voice is unique. It is hers and only hers. No one else sounds like her. And her voice is sublime.

she hit the jackpot with Nagging in 2010 (First PERFECT ALL KILL in Korean Charts) and blowed up more with Good Day in 2010 due to the high note ❤ until then whatever songs she released is #1! She is Korea's Treasure 💚 with the Chat-shire where 23 is included it did well but controversies came but lets not talk about that anymore as everything is cleared since then...😊 IU's live vocals is amazing and i am proud to say, i am lucky to see her live back in 2019, her concerts are truly magical 💚🤗 thank you for this reaction 💚💜

IU debuted in 2008, her debut song titled MIA / Lost Child. She got a lot of attention when she sang Nagging (duet with Seulong 2AM) in 2010. And she hit the successful after she sang Good Day in 2010. Chatshire is her first self produced album, and after that, she takes self-control of her own music career. 2023 is her 15th debut anniversary.

She blew up way before 23! For this killing voice the theme was songs from her 20s because it coincided with the release of her album Lilac which celebrated beginning her 30s. She actually blew up with the Korean GP in her teen years and was known as the Nation's Little Sister but she didn't sing any of her early songs here. She debuted in 2008, same as SHINee, but the earliest song here was from 2011! However the Chat-shire album was when she really won respect as a lyricist and songwriter as well as a singer, which is why, along with her success in acting, that she is recognised as an Artist rather than just an Idol.

I have been a listener of IU since her debut. You must listen to all the included songs. I would like to recommend less famous songs! -Le Temps des Cathedrales(cover) -into the I-land(I-land signal song) -ending scene(appears in the video. M/V) Also, I recommend Seventeen because you have killing voice reactions. Seventeen is famous for synchronized king and self-producing(lyrics, composition, and choreography). The 3 generations of male idols are called EXO, BTS, and Seventeen. But you didn’t react to Seventeen!
