"Southwest KD" is really good. This is for 2 boxes: at the end add 1 can of rinsed black beans, 1 drained can of Rotel(diced tomatoes with green chilies), 1/2 cup salsa, some nutritional yeast, black pepper. So if only making 1 box, adjust amounts I said. Makes it more of a meal. I grew up on mac n cheese with frozen peas mixed in or mac n cheese with the cut up hot dogs mixed in too!

Sadly the vegan version is about 2-3x more expensive than the regular one. I think it’s $6.99-$7.99 versus like $2.99. But l still love it! Even my very picky boyfriend loves it so much that we bought like 6 of the original and 6 of the white cheddar at once in case they stop selling them because that seems to be a thing lately. I feel like the vegan products only get a short time for sale and then they take them away. Really hope this one is popular enough to keep permanently and also hope they can lower the price a little too!

People in the United States have been eating Kraft Mac & Cheese for generations. It is a simple food that parents let their older kids make themselves. It is hard to understand the infatuation that Canadians have for it. Does your Queen eat Kraft Dinner? Maybe it has to do with saying eh too often under the watchful eye of Sergeant Preston of the North-West Mounted Police, with Yukon King, swiftest and strongest lead dog. Probably the main reason is that Canadians have few food choices and those options are horrible. After all, how can a major company successfully market a small cardboard box of dried macaroni and powdered cheese sauce and call it Dinner? What are the other choices? What foods do Canadian mothers serve their kids? Eh, children. Do you want a dinner of saw dust or eh, a dinner of ground rocks? No, mum, eh, eh, we want a Kraft Dinner. Eh, eh, eh, eh. Gourmet Kraft dinner again.
