Thanks. If you saw the total profit on this kit you'd be amazed. There's 5 times the profit doing brake jobs, but....We make money, we continue to grow in stability, pay our bills and love what we do. Passion comes before cash.

What sort of break-in is there with the Clutchmasters setup you use? I notice the car goes from new clutch to dyno rather quickly. I've had clutches that wanted a few hundred city miles, and some that need a few hard slips to bed-in, then they're good to go right away.
@LHTPerformance7 жыл бұрын
We have a unique way of breaking them in before any kind of load is put on them. Of course the editing looks like it goes from running to wide open throttle in seconds ;)

Do you all ever do final drive gearing or brakes? I imagine they're mostly unnecessary, just curious.

They really don't need. We havn't broken a single Diff and the brakes are pretty good in stock form.

Hi guys , i really like every job you do ,i am a honda lover ; ) but really far from you ( i own a jdm ek9 typer b16b) . My question is how far can those f20c go stock ? We saw even bigger numbers of whp on other projects that means even bigger number bhp , so how much power the engine can take with stock internals? Is it safe ?
@LHTPerformance7 жыл бұрын
Everyone will tell you something different.If you came to us, I would recommend opening the engine until 600whp.

Is there a package deal of the supercharger kit with clutch recommended by you. Or do you have a video that explains everything you would recommend such as ecu, clutch, super charger kit etc.

Yes, Contact us at the shop and talk to Esther. We'll be glad to give you the packages and options.

Hello LHT! I have two questions: What model of spark plugs You recommend for supercharger kit? What air filter model do You use in Your kits? Thanks!

We remake the piping but use the Kraftwerks filter. The plugs we use are NGK Copper heat range 7

How’s the reliability with this S/C kit? I heard they having a lot issues. Did they fix the issues?
@LHTPerformance6 жыл бұрын
We've done 40+ Kits on S2000s alone. The 99% of the issues are install error. We do make some revisions to the kit that we believe help the reliability. But hands down this is the best boost option for an S2000.

Hello, I am having problems with the power steering on my 2002 s2000, I was wondering if you guys know any common problems with the steering rack?
@LHTPerformance7 жыл бұрын
Without seeing it here i am just guessing. The most common problem is the power control unit. It's located near the battery, it's the gold colored box with the large wiring and bulky connectors.
@Sa-le5sh7 жыл бұрын
LHTPerformance okay thank you, you guys are a two hour drive. If I can’t figure it out I’ll probably have to make the drive.

You also put 93 octane in? Isn't this a change from the recommended fuel which is 98 octane? Why do you do this?
@cadewhite67907 жыл бұрын
Just out of curiosity, do you know what kind of mpg they get after being super charged and tuned? I can't imagine to bad.
@LHTPerformance7 жыл бұрын
MPG is very close to stock if you drive it normally.
@jamesbaker13927 жыл бұрын
How much do you charge for this exact work? Turbo, intercooler, header, mufflers, clutch is included in after labor? Or did the customer send you the parts and you just charge labor

S2KAY , To many electric and other major componets that Id rather not get wet , I hand wipe mine down evey time I give her a bath, and thats once a week if the weather lets me! just passed 222k 02 ap1
@s2kay7507 жыл бұрын
Jerome Perales I used to think that too but I have rinsed my s2000 bay (and my Subaru) many times now with no issue. I do wrap the alternator and a few other places just to be cautious though. I find it near impossible to reach all of the crevices by hand.
@LHTPerformance7 жыл бұрын
If you keep the pressure away from electrical wiring and connectors there's no issues. I've been doing this for 30 years. I would let the engine dry before starting the car though.
@jeromeperales80367 жыл бұрын
LHTPerformance, Cool , I just hate water on my motor , to each there own , Its alot harder to clean it by hand I must say, But I stay try to stay on it alot more often than most , Hopefully one day I can afford to superchager on her !! Keep up the great work,
