2nd Super Robot Wars OG: Granzon All Attacks

He has Prevail L7 (?) by default, Guard which reduces all damage taken by 20%, Genius which buffs his accuracy, evasion and critical hit rate and his Ace Bonus reduces all ranged weapon damage by 80%. His Granzon has the boss-exclusive Distortion Field which halves all damage taken and has Beam Coat as FUB. The icing on the cake, the Gravitron Cannon and Black Hole Cluster of course.

The OG timeline is a completely separate timeline is based on the classic timeline (SRW 2,3,4,F, etc.), the alpha timeline, as well as a few other titles (advance, MX, etc.). So far, the events of the OG timeline is said to happen after the first chapter of Masou Kishin and before the 2nd chapter.

OG2nd IS EX... and MX... and R, Real Robot Regiment, F, and @2. The OG games have been incorporating elements of the portables, the original games, and Alpha in most every game, and people have been waiting for EX since OG 2. You can even check the Og2nd page; it lists EX amongst the group of games it includes.

Yeah i'm wondering about that too, he even has it in the second part of LOE right? Which is after 2nd OG, just like the secret attacks. Though i heard he was talking about building a shin Granzon or something even stronger than the Neo. I don't know myself.

I don't think he can build something stronger than Neo Granzon, since Neo was the result of "bathing" Granzon in the powers of a god (can't remember which one). And if he did, storyline-wise, there would be no unit that can match it, since it is said that Ingram's Astranagant is on par with the Granzon by itself.

after all, Neo runs on Volkruss's power. and everything Shu's done up till this point in canon was based on either A) following Volkruss's orders or B) manipulating events to get himself killed (to be later ressurected) to get OUT of Volkruss's control. but like you say, he's still broken as hell

I really don't get what yer trying to say her, because before OG1 no timeline had anything to do with OG. They're doing what they're always done: taking OG chunks from games and adding them into their master clusterplot.

Few things of note: a) the game features the EX storyline and motherfucking Euzeth; Volkruss was bound to appear with that combo b) the arm got damaged before Endless Frontier and is part of an upgrade Soulgain should be getting (btw not Zweis arm either) c) Lamia always had silly voice problems, they just got worse thanks to getting Code Kirin'd d) Endless Frontier is part of OG canon, so expect more references. All-in-all awesome game even if only for glorious attack animations and @2 ending.

Yeah i thought it was more of a bluff from Shuu aswell, for something after the series or just make him sound cool. But then i thought, IT IS Shuu we're talking about. I wouldn't put it past him, but it probably won't be stronger then the Neo, that part would be a bluff for sure. But it might be something that appears much later as an (secret)upgrade, or just something for Shuu to do after the series. But anything Shuu pilots is broken as hell. Also it was the dark god Volkruss.

I'm pretty sure Divine Wars and The Inspectors aren't canon. They put the OVA in OGG though if that's what you meant.

They just revised the story of OG1 and OG2 by adding some elements from Divine Wars. 90% of OGs' plot is the same as in OG1 and OG2 for the GBA. All the other OG games take place after OGs and not after the original plot of OG1 and OG2. So, no... no problems with the continuity.
