Not horrible however this technique depends upon not getting mortally wounded at the start. If someone can get you into this position, then they could have pierced the side of your throat to begin with, and pushed the blade forward, tearing everything out. So DON"T LET SOMEONE GET BEHIND YOU WITH A KNIFE!!!

+Eric Vera I was in krav maga but no expert so don't take my total word for this but chances are yes mainly becuz ur using ur body weight against his and the direction and point of krav maga is to take down large oponents quickly by bending over in such a way ur attack would have no choice but to comply to ur motions but by this time the knife is already directed away from ur throat ur also moving ur body from that position hes most likely lost a lot of foothold on u and ur body is still facing him thrusting the knife into him with ur body weight so id say yes but u should consult someone else to make sure or try it out with a dummy knife and a friend

ok is there a way to counter disarm? I mean like when you're getting disarmed you can counter it and go back to the attack.
