That looks great! What would be a suitable substitute for those red chillis? I cannot get those where I am.

I would use red chilli powder instead, but look for Kashmiri Chilli powder as this would be less spicy with great color. If using regular, start with 2 tsps and add more based on the level of heat you can handle. Basically your curry may not have the same color, but would still be delicious.
