@@Leto_0 The joke is that, despite being a massive standing desk fanatic, he's incredibly unergonomic and doing all of this to feel superior to other people. Even if there's a chair in shot, everything else about this comment is totally accurate. He should have the desk at a height that lets him type with his elbows at 90 degrees and a monitor to keep his head looking straight forward. All of this is irony: he's attempting to portray himself as superior due to his ergonomic standing desk when he's using it in a way that isn't ergonomic in the slightest. The commentor got the joke, you didn't.

Picchi "peaks" HAS to be a meta joke too lol. It's a very common slang in Telugu for 'maximum madness/stupidity' Ex - kzbin.info/www/bejne/boa0kJWFqs6tqKs Context: It's a comedy movie where the villagers think the guy's a GOD and they name the kid "chi chu" when he says that while playing with the kid's hair. The guy gets upset and says they've all gone extremely stupid to confuse him to be a God. I believe this movie is what made that slang very famous.
