@bochankang I think you meant the opposite: that people who saw Heifetz said that they thought they were seeing Kerson Leong. (True, Kerson hadn't been born yet. But those people were anticipatorily prescient.)

This video really needs more credit. The emotion put into the playing is unimaginable. Not only that, but he put in so much of his only phrasing instead of the usual places to ritard and crescendo. Bravo 👏

This is the kind of violinist I’ve been searching to listen to. An extremely brilliantly poised and brightly vibrant master of the strings. I’m honored to have stumbled across your page. And just think, I was about to turn in for bed and I did saw this suggestion. Instantly inspiring!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

You can hear the anger and frustration in the strings as the bow hits the strings, making a small raspy sound that you can barely notice. A rasp added to the already existing harsh sound and powerful playing in the moments of powerful lines in the music. Trying to let out as much noise, trying desperately to be heard even more because the sound and tone and overall musicality isn’t enough for the player, trying to desperately perfect it even while playing it in such a way already in front of so many. This is just incredible

I really don't know what you're talking about. He plays with tremendous ease and confidence, with as close to perfect bowing technique as one can achieve.

Man's playing is so crazy- looking backwards and forwards at the same time. Sometimes you feel like you're listening to Heifetz or Kreisler, and in the next moment it's unmistakably modern.

This is so perfect! Those small changes in tempo and between forte and piano! The beautiful tone at both forte and piano! I also like your stage performance; you facial expressions. It seems as if you have a very personal relationship to Kreisler and/or perhaps some personal experience in your own life related to the music you play. Of course not just Kreisler, but everything you play! Bravo, you deserve more views and more subscribers!
