Wow Kris!! thank you for the reasons that you purchased that bike, I did not know it had cruise control. That is awesome. This might be a bike for me in the future, glad you’re enjoying it and of course your laughter is wonderful. Looking forward to next video. Thank you.

I bought this bike back in February and it's amazing. It inspires me to ride all the time. As an Enduro rider of a husky 350 I can't believe how good the suspension is, heck how good the whole bike is for the price point. The scorpions are terrible though for slippery off road but I'm at 4700 mi and need to be replaced , probably going motoz. I laugh a lot to when I ride it cause I still can't believe how good it is,ha. Anyway enjoy!

Great bike! This is a true unicorn bike. It is so capable of road and can cruise 80mph on highway easy. A few quality control issues but what a fun bike.

My local shop has a 790 Adventure on the floor, and every time I walk by it, it beckons to me 😎. I have a 28” inseam and the bike looks to be quite manageable for someone of my stature 😎 Hope you many miles out of yours!

Great choice, that bike rips! I hope KTM has sorted their issues and it lasts longer than my 2020 790 Adv R, at 30K miles the motor let go (cams, head, piston and ring failure). But until that happened it was the most fun bike I've ever owned.
@fortheloveofknobs6 күн бұрын
Oh bummer! What did you get next?
@theshadyeightyshow33556 күн бұрын
@@fortheloveofknobs fortunately there is also a trusty drz400 in the garage to ride while I look for a replacement bike. There just isn't many like the KTM's, very addicting as you know

BMW is my vote. Love mine but it is a little too heavy. That’s why I’m going to get the DR as my next bike. Still hanging onto the BMW though

Great choice! Glad you didn’t choose a Goliath BMW SUV (GS) lol. The 790 is a good compromise between mile munching on pavement and off-road performance. Still a bit too heavy for my taste but a good compromise.

Lol the Goliath! I am curious to see how it goes with my Goliath! :-)

great bike. But, heavy! Picking it up off the ground sucks. Particularly when loaded with gear. Looking forward to the 360-ish LB 390 R with a 21' wheel.

Capped at 85 mph 😳 what’s the speed limit where you live ?
@fortheloveofknobs6 күн бұрын
Oregon has notoriously low speed limits, but I've been in Nevada with an 80 mph speed limit, and if there's wind/elevation change, sometimes the lower hp bikes become a hazard (especially if the traffic around you is going 90! Ask me how I know! :) ) You're right, though... technically the highest speed limit in the US is 85, outside of Austin, TX, by my understanding, so the Ibex would definitely do the job! :)
@daletroy33486 күн бұрын
Ok , I’m in Australia and our speed limit on the freeway is 110 kph or 68 mph so my MT 450 ( ibex) does it very easily, hell my CRF 300 Rally does too but hey I only ride on the tar to get to the dirt and that’s mainly back roads , enjoy your KTM
@Bowlin017 күн бұрын
I guess it'll be another KTM so my guess is the 790
