I love that you basically give away an entire programme on your KZbin channel when you make money from an app that does the same thing - and by that I mean i love that you make it accessible for anyone who doesn't want/can't buy a subscription. There's a lot of vids out there but they're always so complicated, you just show the basics and how to perform them well.

I started my fitness journey just 3 months ago and I have made so much progress, yesterday it just hit me that I have become so much stronger than before. I was so happy and proud of myself. I usually focused on my lower body because I was afraid of having a bulky upper body. I only used to do upper body workout once or twice a week….But now, being stronger has become my priority because it made me feel so good. Now I’m gonna work on my whole body instead of just focusing on my lower body. Hopefully the aesthetics will follow.

Buuuuut doesn't that mean you can do this twice a week?? I think I might try it with couple of days where I train legs and cardio in between.
@giuliab142 жыл бұрын
@@sweety31415 yeah for sure!! Indeed if you can train upper body twice a week, doing 2 full upper body days is a good way of targeting each muscle twice, which has shown better results in hypertrophy ! But I don't know why I just really enjoy the push and pull structure, and it allows for better recovery of each muscle when you train a little more frequently...

Hi, I tried this workout out today and loved it! Very hard though but that‘s what I needed. Thought I‘d hate the snatches but once I had figured out how to do them I quite liked them. Best of all: it‘s all in one place with a few dumbbells/barbell so no walking from machine to machine through the whole gym wasting time. Big thumbs up and thanks so much 😍💕🏋️♀️👍 xx

I also love the fact it is a combined push and pull. I always do my upper body session combined - it’s like killing two birds with one stone covering all aspects like you say and saves so much time! It's kind of sad how your lower body workouts have a lot more likes and views then your upper body's.. it tells us a lot about how we encourage women to have a big bum and that's it, strength doesn't matter.. LADIES , TRAIN YOUR UPPER BODY ! You'll thank me later.. you won't get bulky, you won't have huge arms, you'll just feel stronger and more confident.
