Welcome back to another KZbin video, I hope you enjoy my perfect leg day routine!! If you try the workout let me know! 🤍
Workout:
RDL’s
Leg Extension
Hamstring Curls
Reverse Lunges
Cable Kick Backs
Try 3 sets for 8 reps. Remember if its too hard to reach 8 reps, lower the weight, if its easy, up it! Stick to a weight that works and challenges you!

You can add 3 major exercises in each day For pull - something vertical like lat pulldowns with different grips, horizontal- rowing, then t-bar row or landmine row. Ending up with biceps curls & hammer curls For push - bench press or incline bench press, shoulder press, cable flies, tricep pushdown, overhead extension and lateral raises I hope this helps until krissy will upload a video on it. I really hope that I will also fix and tone my body because I am suffering a lot from this, and I am also depressed for this reason, I am 72 kg and 1.65 cm, but my lines have completely disappeared, for example, my buttocks, my legs I did it very badly, and I'm very sad, what should I do?😢😢

Thanks Kristy, I’m 56 and have been going to the gym since I was 16. I started doing Jazzercise at Les Mills 40 years ago! I got into weights in my mid twenties. Love your workouts and your perspective and I enjoy learning from you.

another tip is if you are all the time weak and not in mood for anything no matter how much you train, consider testing your IRON in your blood, you might have IRON deficiency! Iron needs time to build up in the body, be consistent , take it for moths and get tested again.

I’m not an expert but yes I think so, as you grow more muscle you will be able to lift heavier! Just gotta make sure you have good form so start light

Yes, start light and focus on good form to avoid injury (trust me, I got injuries in the beginning of my lifting journey and still feel those injuries today 10 years later 😅) . Consistency and patience will help build your strength and help you to progressively lift heavier over time

Leg days are my absolute favorite. The only kind of exercises I don't do for lower body are the cable ones. Love cable for upper body, but for lower body I absolutely dislike it. I feel like I never do them right and I don't feel the right muscles and feels really strange. RDL is my absolute favorite lower body exercise.

Girl, I am a dude but I honestly love your workout videos. 🙌🏻 I am still a beginner & they helped me a lot. Especially since I am ✨️not like other guys✨️ and leg day is my favourite. I love training those glutes, hamstrings & calves (I have to rember about upper body as well 😅) Your vids are exepctionally informative. You look stunning btw, great physique. 💪🏻 💅🏻

All the women should know that if your fat deposits are lower than 20%, you won't have enough eastrogen in your body and your feritity is getting afected! it is a biological law, not some style ad! getting this all muscle stong bunny only favours women above 45 and athletes!

hello Krissy. Your videos are very very helpful. They are simple for a beginner, easy to understand, motivate me to go the gym and finish the workout. Whatever body part I have to train on a particular day, I just watch your video of that and the simplicity of exercises (which I can manage to complete in 50 mins) drives me to the gym. What’s your leg day look like for inspo? My currrent is- 5 sets 10 squats 5 sets 10 hip thrusts 5 sets 10 leg press 3 sets 10 hamstring curl 3 sets 10 single leg kick back Sometimes finish on hip extension machine x

I am interested in signing up to your workout app. I was trying to see what it offers, but couldn't find the information. Can you help? I love your workouts. I was paying for a personal trainer who didn't even get close to exhausting me as much as your exercises do. I have been working out for many, many years, but after a long break, I just haven't been able to get myself back to lifting without someone kicking my butt. That's why I tried a trainer.

Sorry to hear about your auto immune disease but I would love if you could start showing alternate options for people dealing with inflammation. My hands and feet are very affected making it hard to grip a bar and lift weights. I go lighter because of it but don’t feel my workouts like I did before. Also my feet have a hard time bending for Bulgarian split squats. If you could do a working out series with autoimmune that would be awesome!!! Not much YT content for us yet and also interested in any recipes that follow a AIP diet.

10 years and you still have a relatively flat backside. I'm no kinesiology major but I'm sure you're doing something wrong. Maybe you should hire a trainer who knows what they're doing so they can show you how to build nice legs and backside.

Bro, you cannot grow your muscles infinetly. There is a limit. It is also harder for women to grow muscles than men. And there are individual differences between people, so the limit warries. She also does not try to be some extreme body builder. I don't think she does anything wrong, her butt looks good and strong for her body mass.

Hi! When doing the cross over cable exercise, how did you get the cable to not keep hitting your leg?!? I like the exercise, however I get a sore mark every time I do them
