If anyone could help, I’ve been doing these workouts 4-5 times a week but I’m starting to get tired sooner and im not able to ride as long as I used to without getting extremely exhausted. What should I do?

hi, i’m not a fitness professional, and i don’t know where you are in your fitness journey, but i would maybe cut down a little? maybe 2-3 times a week to give your body more time rest and recover. make sure you’re drinking lots of water and eating well too. i only say that because when i workout i always think i can eat whatever i want afterwards 😂 again i’m no professional, but i hope this helped a little

These are advanced classes. Maybe commit to 3x a week and allow your body to recover. You could also balance out your workouts with weight training on off days. 😊

She us saying no sauce. The sauce is when on the high part of the zigzag low high that you let go with your arms and do an X with your arms side to side once. Look for a time that she says “with the sauce” and you’ll see it haha.
