Kristina, I love coming back to your yoga classes after a while...and always finding something new, fresh and inspiring :))))) Those variations were really funky but also challenging - especially this crazy bind :D (not yet accessible for me ;)) And your headstand was astonishing - I can only imagine that's much more complicated to keep your balance in this pose while being pregnant...Namaste!

Wow! What an amazing class. Very well rounded, just the right amount of intensity, and mindful sequencing. I really enjoyed the balancing sequence...I enjoyed the whole class! Thank you for including a headstand. This is a great studio quality class. Can you recommend any other classes that are similar to this one in intensity and whole body approach? Namaste!

I absolutely love your videos. Mind and body have improved so much since I first began. I have a rather permanent case of flat feet (both ankles). Are there are poses that I should avoid doing?

I dont think there is anything you should avoid as long as you feel stable & can balance. But you definitely need to focus on your feet more, inner thighs, pelvic floor, diaphragm, posture - it’s all connected.

It was wonderful flow for body strenth build and flexibility. My legs, glutes, shoulders and back body were activating to do this. It was hard but feels nice. I need more stretches. Namaste👏

What trimester is this recommended for?

Hi! It’s not marked as prenatal. Its a power flow , and you have to be experienced & feel confident in your practice. I was practicing through my practice to the end & have many flows i made while pregnant but they are not for all pregnant ladies especially beginners. Thats why i dont title them as prenatal. ( although i dont do anything contraindicated) You can try and skip what doesnt work for you. ( at your own risk🙂) .
