I'm a hockey player so I've always had really strong legs and core even compared to my peers. This practice today has showed me how underdeveloped my upper body- arms and back are. They were burning and sore and i couldnt keep the flow long without having to break it. Thank you so much. I'm going to keep practising until i have enough strength in my upper body as i do in my lower. Your flow really focuses on strength and i appreciate how dynamic and difficult it is.

This was incredibly challenging and somehow everything I needed to break up those old thought patterns. I rested, I pushed past boundaries, I experienced a truth of myself. 30 minutes went by so fast, it became only this moment. Thank you my yogi sister! May light and love flow freely through your life! Namasté 🙏❤️🥰 Oh year, day 3 is completed! 😍

🔥🔥🔥 very happy you are experiencing this. Yes we all are stuck in habits, patterns, programs and prefer not to go out of comfort zones. We are safe were we are. But is it really true? What if what we refuse or are afraid to experience is holding something we are not even thinking of, what if we are ourselves standing on the way to our true happiness , not allowing ourselves to experience new , being afraid to experience some discomfort? ( even though most of us live in discomfort 😂 but prefer to stay that way & are afraid to let it go🙈) comfortable discomfort 🤣

The tissues experience new sensations through different kind of load, but they will get used to it, and become more elastic and have more endurance! ❤️

Thank you, Kristina, this was the highlight of my day. I noticed that during the repetitions of side plank my wrists were a bit strained. Do you have a recommended wrist warm-up video to do before class?

I have some wrist warm in the crow tutorial video. You can use that. Also you can use a spiky massage ball to activate the tissues or do mfr with a pen/marker, put it on the floor and sink with a base of the wrist and then little by little move up the palm. I have a video with hand/arm release on my membership site it’s very useful to avoid injury.

Practice whats uncomfortable until it gets comfortable 🤩 people normally avoid discomfort. I look for new ways to see my weak spots and make them stronger. These dynamic transitions are not easy for me. And it’s a weakness. Tissues should be gliding , and elastic, because we dont load them in this way this function is not working well.

Power Yoga not exactly my favorite one, day 2 practice better for me, but, I know, in order to improve in style, strength is as much important as flexibility. Thank you, Kri for this flow. Namasté 😊 🙏💗🌹

There will be different focus classes. ❤️plus hovering in a table top - is your core strength. 😉 for me most of the burn was not in glutes but thighs. We worked on elasticity of the fascial tissue in lower body not so much on growing booty 😅
