I work at a small country gas station in rural Ohio. Some of the local farmers will come in for coffee in the morning. One guy came in and said they had baby goats. I said "oh I love GOATLETS." They all looked at me like I was nuts but agreed it was a great name for baby gaots.

Isn’t it great that you can be outside at the time the sun is setting. And have the time now to do all the chores that have been waiting to do. I remember when our kids were school age and I came home from work, cooked supper, washed dishes and helped with homework. There was no time to be outside to see a sunset. Now I’m retired and the kids are all grown. What is miss the most is having a busy household. Being needed. Now it’s just me! Not what was planned at all! My husband died four years ago. I lost my purpose for life. My motivation. Sunsets just don’t mean the same to me. My only motivation is liking a clean neat home, inside and out. So, that keeps me busy. I really enjoy special times with my six grandchildren. And his legacy….our three sons. And watching you guys!

Just as a warning Ralph's goatlets remind me of The Three Billy Goatlets Gruff. The black goatlet is sooo much the biggest goatlet in the story, as he is confrontational to any perceived threat. He even lunged (if you could call what he did a lunge😂) at one of the dogs and goats while they were looking them over.

You should think about piling the leaves and grass together and turning it over every once in a while. Will make great mulch for your gardens when broken down If doing raised beds you can add some of those logs in the bottom of the bed then piling on the leaves and debris and just adding garden soil on top. Cheep way to make raised beds but works great
