He's always been able to do that but it used to pass between players. His f smash, f tilt, side b have all been completely changed while his up b, down smash, up b and grenade have been slightly modified.

uthrow to uair doesn't work because you can jump out of it, the hitstun from uthrow is just enough that it's not guaranteed, it only works if the opponent makes a mistake.

As far as I'm aware Faclo's only nerfs were that his shine has a smaller hit box and no longer has invincibility, also the fact that he has his Brawl dash animation was an inadvertent nerf to his neutral game because his dash dance is nowhere near as good as it was in Melee.

What are you talking about. Fix was just made to be what he was in melee which is wh as t PM is meant to play like. Sure the high tiers may be the same right now, but that's only because melee characters can easily transfer the skills from a game they've been playing for over 10 years. What pm does is put everyone on level ground as far as abilities. All that's left is for people to unlock those characters' full potential. The formula for as top tier character is good game play mechanics and the creativity of the player.
